Andrew – Australian and now also US citizen, born in Sydney but now calls Brisbane his Australian home. Left Brisbane for a three month contract in Papua New Guinea working in the energy industry which became a 20+ year adventure.  After PNG, worked in Angola, California, then Houston, Texas before moving back to Brisbane in 2020. Loves American road trips, snorkeling coral reefs and wandering strange cities.

Heide – Grew up in Butte, Montana, but headed to Washington, DC after college. Ever yearning for adventure, joined the Peace Corps and wandered from Kazakhstan to Papua New Guinea to Angola, with 40+ countries in between, to eventually settle in Houston, Texas for more than a decade before starting a new adventure in Australia in 2020.

Lachlan – Born in California, but lived there less than a year before his parents dragged him to Texas.  Refused to dress up for Go Texan Day or wear jeans at any time despite basically growing up in Texas.  Is a dual US/Australian citizen, has always enjoyed visiting Australia to see Nan and Pop and his Australian uncles, aunties and cousins, now dealing very well with a big move to live in Australia permanently. Also enjoys travel to other parts of the world, with a particular fondness for Japan.
